An automation task is counted each time an AI agent completes a specific workflow or process from start to finish. For example, processing a customer inquiry, generating a report, or completing a data entry task would each count as one automation task.
Tasks are counted based on completion, not on the number of steps or complexity. This means you get maximum value regardless of how complex your automations are.
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. The new pricing will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Downgrades will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You'll continue to have access to your current plan's features until the end of the current billing period.
If you approach your monthly task limit, we'll notify you so you can decide whether to upgrade to a higher tier or manage your usage.
For occasional overages, tasks beyond your limit are billed at $0.05 per additional task. For consistent overages, we recommend upgrading to the next tier for better value.
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial for our Pro and Business plans. During the trial, you'll have full access to all features included in the plan.
No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, you can choose to subscribe or your account will automatically switch to the Basic (free) plan.
